The Punjab government has announced the Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) Master’s Level Scholarships for the academic year 2025–26, offering major financial relief to deserving and talented students pursuing higher education. The scholarship program aims to support students enrolled in MA, MSc, MS, and MPhil programs at recognized public sector institutions across Punjab.
According to official details, the initiative is part of Punjab’s broader strategy to promote equal access to higher education and reduce financial barriers for students from low-income families. The PEEF scholarship program has been widely recognized for enabling thousands of students to continue their academic journeys based on merit and need.
The government reaffirmed its commitment to investing in human capital by expanding educational opportunities and ensuring that talented students are not deprived of higher education due to financial constraints.
Eligibility Criteria for PEEF Master’s Scholarships 2025–26
Applicants must meet the following conditions to qualify:
- Punjab domicile is mandatory
- Passed BA/BSc or equivalent in 2023, 2024, or 2025
- Minimum 60% marks or CGPA 2.5
- Enrolled in MA, MSc, MS, or MPhil (Fall or Spring 2025–26)
- Monthly family income should not exceed Rs 60,000
- Must not be receiving any other major scholarship

The PEEF Master’s Level Scholarship is available for students enrolled in:
- MA / MSc
- MS
- MPhil
Only students studying in recognized public sector universities are eligible.
